The Besnard Lakes from Montreal opened up for Peter Bjorn and John and they were a nice band.
They were nice enough to help Peter Bjorn and John play a song or two as well.
Some people from WPTS were there and wore funny hats with their call letters on them in the crowd between The Besnard Lakes set and Peter Bjorn and John.
Someone named Fluffy was selling merch and the merch looked like this:

but I didn’t buy one.
I really liked Peter Bjorn and John. They played songs mostly from Writer’s Block but also some stuff that they said we couldn’t get in the states, for money.
Sometimes when I see European bands live, I feel like I’m European. I’d say bands from Montreal make me feel Canadian but that’s not the case, really. I wonder if Peter Bjorn and John have ever been to Whistler, BC. …just sayin’.
